Can ITP Blood Disorder Be Reversed and Platelets Increase Naturally?

If you have ITP blood disorder and are on prescription medications you are no doubt interested in keeping the side effects to a minimum. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to increase platelets naturally and get of off prescription meds all together? Well even in some of the more sever cases this is possible but even if not by boosting your over all health using natural methods you can reduce the meds you require and also reduce those nasty side effects. The extra bonus is that increasing platelets using natural methods can be cost effective. Many techniques require minor adjustments to your diet that are not expensive at all. Of course things are a bit different with my situation and maybe yours also. I have a pretty good health plan through where my husband works and so all prescriptions are covered but the plan will not cover any natural methods I use. Bummer! But I guess I can't complain. I have reduced my meds and have improved things with taking better care of what I eat and what I expose myself too. Eliminating as much stress as possible has helped also.At the very least ITP blood disorder can be curtailed if not completely reversed just by taking care of yourself using natural methods. It is really an eye opener when you realize that some of the things you have been doing in the past that you thought were good for your turn out to be detrimental to your platelet count in the long run.If you noticed, I use phrases like "curtailed" or "reversed" when talking about ITP blood disorder. I haven't said anything about "curing" ITP. That is because to date there is no cure. If you have ITP you are concerned with control of what your immune system is doing to your platelet count. If you can manage all the factors that contribute to your autoimmune dysfunction you will be able to curtail the destruction of your platelets and because your body is still producing them your counts will start to climb. In other words you are gaining more control over the "healing" aspects of your body, improving and enhancing them using natural methods over medications and at the same time eliminating habits that are detrimental to your platelet count.Healing will involve active participation and looking for restoration. This can involve the use of herbs, vitamins, diet, life-style and other natural therapies. Healing is dependent on discovering the laws of health that rule every cell of your body and obeying them. This means you will have to do some work and be personally responsible for your health. You will be the only one who can devote the required time and passion for your health and the discoveries of your own personal needs and requirements. So the answer to the question presented at the start of this article is a resounding YES! But it all boils down to You Have To Make It Happen. No one will do it for you. Good health to you.
